International shipping charges.
Please note that our company cannot assume responsibility for any customs duties, taxes, or charges applied to international shipments. These additional fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged and lost Shipment
It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe, secure delivery address and ensure all shipping details are entered accurately. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders affected by incorrect shipping addresses, lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once proof of delivery is provided.
However, we care about your experience! If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
For damaged items, please email us at hello@houseofsolandluna.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged piece, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue
Return Policy
If you wish to return your order, it must be done within 14 days of purchase. The item should be unopened and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@houseofsolandluna.com.
Once we receive the returned product, we will evaluate its condition and assess the issue. If the return is approved, we’ll confirm the refund method with you.
